We are required by legislation and other regulatory requirements to retain your data where we have ceased to act for you. The period of retention required with the applicable legislation (Income Tax Law, 2002, No.118(I)/2002) is six (6) years. To ensure compliance with all such requirements it is the policy of the ﬁrm to retain all data for a period of six (6) years from the end of the period concerned.
